Payments are securely processed via PayPal. Upon successful payment, you will receive confirmation and details regarding your consultation. By making a payment, you confirm that you understand the nature of the service and agree to these terms.

4. Refund Policy

All payments are final. We do not offer refunds once a consultation has been booked or delivered. In exceptional circumstances, a refund may be considered at the sole discretion of Sri Datta Chamundeswari Peetam. To request consideration, please email [email protected].

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you are unable to attend your scheduled consultation, you may request to reschedule by contacting us at least 72 hours in advance. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when booking a consultation and to engage with our services in good faith. Any misuse, abuse, or fraudulent behavior will result in immediate termination of access without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Karnataka, India.
